  Job Scope:
  - Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
  - Able to lead the branding & marketing campaign via digital first attitude to ensure the best positive customer engagement and business impact in the key digital platforms
  - Lead the team in implementing and reviewing branding and marketing strategies across all channels, including digital advertising, online and offline platforms, traditional media and partnerships.
  - Create content ideas and establish strong relationships with KOLs for the purpose of building brand awareness, and ensure brand message is consistent across all marketing channels
  Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  - Monitor and track competition (eg: pricing changes, new products/services, social activity)
  - Monitor and analyse market trends and news to keep best-in-class performance in the market.
  - Plan, track and report monthly, quarterly and annual A&P budgets for the marketing department
  - Participate in quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
