  • Job Description

    - Coordinate all import shipping operations to ensure timely shipments
    - Handle full set of shipping documents for import operation
    - Coordinate with forwarder/suppliers on shipment documents accurately
    - Negotiation of transportation/freight price rate
    - Work closely with shipping agencies for all Custom related issues
    - Issuance of Purchase Order for import shipments
    - Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by your superior

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
    - Experience : At least 2-5 years working experiences in related field is required for this position.
    - Require Skill :
    > Able to handle full set import / export documentation.
    > Knowledge / experiences in LMW license is a MUST.
    > Able to deal with custom.
    - Others :
    > Computer literate: Excel, Words and Power Point.
    > Can speak and write fluent in English.
