  • Job Description

    - Organises the CEO & COO calendar and reminds important tasks and deliverables, as well as company meetings and other events. Answer phone calls, and filing and retrieving all corporate documents, records and reports.
    - Prepare tender details, simple legal documents, draft and write high quality reports and presentations as required.
    - Liaise with lawyer (prepare legal documents, attend meetings, etc).
    - Liaise with clients (prepare quotations, reply emails, etc).
    - Liaise with suppliers (prepare documents, reply emails, etc).
    - Researching data and preparing documents for review and presentation to management. Handles clerical tasks and correspondence.
    - Develop and monitor overall HR documents, systems, and procedures across the organisation.
    - Maintains company directory and organisational charts.
    - Communicates with all departments on KPIs and SOPs set out by the management ensuring effectiveness and compliance. Provides oversight of implementation on all departments’ activities, outputs and outcomes.
    - Perform and complete related and other job-related duties as assigned- within the scope of the Department, and any other ad-hoc tasks, at the discretion of management.
    - Handle director’s personal/family issues
    - Able to travel outstation/overseas frequently and work longer hours if required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Diploma/Degree in any Engineering/Logistics/Oil and Gas
    - Experience : At least 3 years of experience in PA to Director/Admin cum Secreatery to Director
    - Require Skill : Email writing, Language proficiency and PR
    - Certificate :
