  • Job Description

    • Providing support to MD in any clerical and administration tasks.
    • Processing of orders from and preparing quotations to customers.
    • Preparation of shipping documentation and follow up shipping and delivery process.
    • Preparing and processing any other sales related documents such as PO, invoice, DO and etc.
    • Any documentation related to on-site visitation for equipment servicing or installation, such as approval from shopping mall management or office tower management.
    • Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Degree / Diploma in any field, preferable from Business Administration.
    - Experience :
    > Over 3 years of working experience of Sales Coordination / Sales Administration.
    > Trading related knowledge and experience are added advantage.
    > HR related experience is added advantage.
    - Others:
    > Candidate must be willing to work in a new setup company.
    > Candidate must be matured, independent and capable to work without much supervision.
