• Job Description

  - Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases
  - Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
  - Create and maintain good relationship with vendor/ suppliers
  - Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualification, delivery lead ties and potential future development
  - To obtain quotation from vendors & negotiate for the best price
  - To maintain and update vendor list
  - To verify purchase requisition by comparing items
  - To follow up closely to ensure on time deliveries for ordered item to support progress of work
  - To interact with suppliers to solve delivery or quality problem
  - Assisting requesting department in the commercial sourcing activity by proposing and drive opportunities for optimal cost savings through analysis of current speed and external category analysis, benchmarking, commercial and contract negotiations with vendors
  - To perform any others duties as and when required
