• Job Description

  Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintains safe work environment within molding department
  • Implement and manage all maintenance functions, including but not limited to preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on all injection molding equipment
  • To comply with the related IMS.
  • To assist superior in organizing daily activities in the department and to attend related meetings instructed by Company
  • To enforce Company’s regulations to maintain efficient & disciplined work-force to attain high standard of productivity
  • To assign and monitor work of subordinates and to ensure the competency by regular training and coaching.
  • To control and prepare SOP as a process guidance to operators.
  • To control and achieve the production daily/weekly and monthly target.
  • To control and reduce process rejection from time to time.
  • To plan and arrange the details for sub-process planning and manpower.
  • Daily control and planning on 4M (Man, Machine, Material and Method)
  • To manage and control process WIP effectively by using systematic controlling system such as Visual Management and ERP.
  • To involve in any improvement project activity as instructed by superior/written in the department objective and target such as productivity, quality and cost improvement.
