   Issuing sales Contracts in according to shipping instruction.
   Container vessel booking management. Booking based on nomination and release booking timely, accurately and efficiently
  (Other than EXW/FOB term)
   Coordinate FOB container vessel booking with nominated agents.
   Local truck or cross border truck booking.
   Flexibag booking for container and arrangement.
   Daily updating shipment schedule with container vessel booking
  details and status.
   Weekly pending order details update to designated sales teams.
   Monthly shipments summary with freight variance report.
   Circulate/communicate vessel-booking details and related matters to respective departments.
   Follow up with shipping line/agent for credit limit/term; manage dispute billing and D&D invoices.
   Update SAP outstanding contract delivery schedule
   Planning shipments in according to vessel schedule availability.
   Daily meeting with production and warehouse (if required).
