Industry: Automotive - Finished products manufacturer
Position: Fleet & Vehicle Sales - Assistant Manager (Dealer Management)
Job Responsibilities:-
• To achieve company sales targets, both wholesale and retail sales.
• Assist Senior Manager to execute fleet sales strategies to achieve company sales targets, both wholesale and retail sales for nationwide dealers.
• Manage, guide, and communicate nationwide dealers to adhere and follow company direction, policies, and guidelines.
• To work closely with nationwide dealers to capture and increase company fleet sales penetration.
• To monitor and assist dealer to achieve company Yearly Wholesale and Retail Target.
• Problem solving to dealer issues related to sales, registration, delivery, and fleet sales related issues.
• Build and maintain good relationship with dealers, tender agent, body builders and leasing companies.
• To perform regular visit to dealer and fleet customer, tender agent, body builders, leasing companies to build strong and long-lasting relationship.
• To organize with dealer and conduct segmentation event.
• To make product presentation to fleet customer.
• To monitor dealer’s financial situation and dealer’s payment to company.
• To provide overall market summary.
• Gather information and analyze fleet customer enquiries and activities.
• Monthly reporting on dealer fleet sales situation, their progress, their potential deal & existing deals progress, and their information & competitor’s fleet sales movement.
• To coordinate and communicate with dealer for all fleet sales support & application and propose to superior.
• To liaise with dealer and Logistic Department on vehicle delivery for fleet deals.
• To prepare monthly fleet sales report and any other reports as required by supervisor.
• To conduct and prepare materials for Yearly Dealer Target Meeting and Mid-Year Target Meeting.
• To have close communication with other internal department in order to support dealer sales operation to achieve company retail sales target.
• Liaise with other internal department in order to support fleet sales operation.
• Responsible for fleet sales and administration nationwide.
• To prepare reimbursement on dealer fleet claim.
• To update database for Vehicle Sales Department and Fleet.
• To prepare fleet monthly accrual for fleet sales Department.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks that assigned by Superior.
*Temporary sales coverage area: Peninsular Malaysia
Qualifications
Requirement
▼Mandatory requirements:
・Education: At least a Degree in Business or relevant qualification.
・Language: Good writing and speaking skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English
・Experience: (Years of service is negotiable)
- At least 7 years in Automotive industry with experience below
- At least 7 years in Fleet sales
- At least 7 years working at HQ level or Distributor level is required but not from dealer or branch level
・Skill & knowledge:
- Preferable candidate with good understanding in government regulation.
- Preferable candidate with existing network with tender agent, body builder and government.
- Minimal Technical background and experience in automotive sector
- Excellent communication and Presentation Skills.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Power Point and Excel)
- Good negotiation skills
