  Location: Bangsar
  
  Job Scope:
  Proactively lead and manage end to end M&A and fundraising processes, from sourcing of potential
  institutional investors, pitch preparation, dataroom preparation, syndicating of new fundraising series
  among interested investors, facilitate secondary transactions, liaising with the various external
  professionals and advisers.
  - Build models and leverage data analysis to understand complex relationships, identify key trends, and
  gain insight on our revenue/expense line items, drivers and scalability
  - Develop an investor relations strategy and narrative that ensures the Company’s current business and
  market opportunity are clearly understood by the investor community
  - Communicate with current & prospective investors to drive understanding of Involve Asia’s business
  strategy, results, expectations and business developments
  - Maintain strong industry expertise to keep all the relevant stake holders on changes in the investment
  environment
  - Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and strategic partners on behalf of the Company
  - Proactive in monitoring the performance of the investee companies upon acquisition
