  • Job Description

    - Manage a small team of E-commerce Associates/Executives and directly report to the Senior Manager or General Manager and Senior Deputy Director in Malaysia
    - Managing client(s) or brand(s) own webstore or stores on e-commerce channels. Which include local or international marketplace, such as Lazada, Shopee, Lelong.my, Qoo10, Amazon, eBay and etc.
    - To seek opportunities to grow client GMV and optimize sales funnel to improve conversion rates.
    - Develop detailed e-commerce strategies and yearly or monthly marketing campaign for Client, e-commerce channels, to develop and prioritize strategic initiatives, action plans and driven by performance (both financial and operational excellence) KPIs.
    - Managing marketing and campaign, product content, pricing and discount changes.
    - Oversee day-to-day management of Client brand online store, end-to-end from product uploads to order processing.
    - On-going liaise with client for approvals, inventory management, pricing and promotions or campaign.
    - Monitor, track and analyze sales performance with key e-commerce channel and conduct regular performance reviews with Client for next course of actions and track execution of any improvement opportunities.
    - Support Key Account Manager by provide strategies and marketing campaign idea for the existing and upcoming potential Client.
    - Oversee client or brand owner e-commerce store customer service, using a proactive service approach, ensuring delivery of world-class customer satisfaction and retention.
    - Co-ordinating closely with internal as well as external (brands, e-commerce channels) parties.
    - Required prepare pre and post campaign report, monthly sales report and etc.

Qualifications

  • Requirement


    - 4-5 year’s experience in e-commerce channel and key account development in the local or international market
    - Good understanding of local e-commerce channel market trends and ecommerce channel operations (e.g. B2C, C2C, mobile and social commerce etc.)
    - Connections with key local e-marketplace and local e-commerce channel vendors
    - Familiarity with latest e-commerce strategies and technologies
    - A ‘digital native’ and knowledge of Google Analytics would be an added advantage but not compulsory.
    - Good communication skills in English, written and oral.
    - Very strong commercial and client-facing abilities
    - Entrepreneurial spirit, analytical and not afraid of risks and challenges and a team player,
