  Working Location: Shah Alam
  
  Job Scope:
  1. To expand and developed selected product brand acceptance to consultants, developers and architects.
  2. To provide products training to both internal and external customers from time to time.
  3. Responsible for by providing overall product, technical and training and support to all branches.
  4. To work and support all sales including branches in providing products training to customers whenever necessary.
  5. To ensure regular dissemination of product updates and other necessary information to all parties [i.e. internal and external customers], in a timely manner to increase general awareness of current events.
  6. To proactively assess, clarify and validate partner needs from the outset.
  7. To develop and grow the strategic partnerships and investigate opportunities in the market to exploit provision of partnership services and income growth.
  8. To feedback on vital information such as product acceptance, price, competitors’ strategy and possible threat to the Company.
  9. To introduce productive, professional relationship with key personnel in potential partnering businesses, establishing long-term business relationship
  in line with the group’s vision.
  10. To proactively assess, clarify and validate partner needs from the outset.
  11. To work closely with marketing dept. from time to time to input information about market needs on products to support the development of the brand awareness to support sales growth.
