  • Job Description

    Basic Function
    (Minimum 3 is required).
    1. ePro Daily helpdesk support
    2. Supplier registration on ePro Web System.
    3. ePro new function promotion (Excel Upload Function)
    4. Factory ePro system implementation support
    5. Supplier training

    Accountability
    (Minimum 3 is required).
    1. Helpdesk support according to SLA (response within 1/2 working day)
    2. On time to perform supplier registration / maintenance on ePro Web.
    3. Factory ePro System implementation on supplier registration & sharing of EDI utilization report.
    4. Plan for ePro function promotion activities to promote upload functions to supplier.

    Job Responsibilities
    (Minimum 3 is required).
    ** 1. Responding to supplier/factory queries via email, or phone.
    2. Supplier registration / maintenance on ePro Web System.
    3. To promote ePro function to supplier, indirect support to factory procurement productivity improvement.
    4. Writing, editing, and revising training manuals.
    5. Supplier Training.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Education : Bachelor Degree in IT or any field related
    Experience:
    2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service / Helpdesk service (Helpdesk in IT industry will add advantage)
    Have been exposed to project management will be an added advantage
    Good communication and interpersonal skills
    Good communication skill with all level of people.
    Good writing skill
    (Japanese speaking will add advantage)
