Job Description
- Participate in any internal, cross-border meeting which involve Malaysian and Japanese.
- Ensure the communication between Malaysia and Japanese conducted without any mistake, especially in technical issue.
- Follow up meeting minutes to make sure the contents are recorded correctly.
- Participate in any clients meeting involve Malaysia and Japanese.
- Interpret between Malaysian and Japanese Art Design Engineer in necessary occasion.
- Support Malaysian / Japanese engineers in any language issues.
- Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation and interpretation meets their needs.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education Background:
> Diploma / Degree holder in any field
> Candidate graduated from Japan has advantage.
> Language / Linguistic related, or translation / interpretation related study has advantage.
- Skill / Experience:
> 3 or more years of experience in verbal interpretation in any industry.
> Proficient understanding of cultural sensitivity, and ability to collaborate with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
> Ability to accommodate to a wide range of people with diverse voices, accents, speaking tempos, and
personalities.
> Outstanding listening, retention and note-taking skills.
> Knowledge in the gaming industry is a plus.
- Language Skill:
> Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 or above.
> English language proficiency equivalent to CEFR C1 or above.
> Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Certificate: JLPT N1, CERF C1English Level
