    Position Description – Inside Sales Consultant for globally-known Accounting Software company.

    Come join the Rest of World team as an Inside Sales Consultant.
    We are a multi-channel organization focused on delivering growth efficiently.
    Across all of our channel and businesses, we are responsible for acquiring new users and delivering increased revenue and contribution growth.
    We are comprised of SMB Direct Sales and Accountant Sales Consultants.

    The sales covers below:

    1. The SMB Direct Sales Consultant is responsible for selling a famous Accounting Software to small business customers via telephone or electronic inquiries.
    Sales primarily made through outbound telephone sales activities and will also have responsibility to manage inbound call & chat activity.
    Majority of the lead volume for SMB Direct Sales Consultants will come from customers trialing this Software on the web or mobile app.

    2.The Accountant Sales Consultant is responsible for selling an Online Accountant packages to accountants in Singapore which will include individual or bundle of its Online subscriptions.
    Accountant Sales Consultant will also be responsible in managing & nurturing relationships with accountants to drive active use and up-sell to more Online subscriptions.

    It is critical that Inside Sales Consultants live the company(client)'s values and the brand in their interactions.

    ● Ability to discover & understand customer’s financial needs/pain points.
    ● Add value by providing solutions to meet customer needs.
    ● Build strong relationships & trust with customers by assisting with on-boarding and unlocking the full value of the product - Accounting Software.
    ● Create and follow a structured sales week approach to drive high levels of call activity and productive conversations with customers.
    ● Proactively contacts customers to help customers understand the value they will derive from the solution
    ● Possesses negotiation skills to profitably direct and manage the customer relationship.
    ● In-depth technical knowledge of the product - Accounting Software.
    ● Ability to work with customers to identify and resolve issues quickly and ensures organization addresses issues root cause.
    ● Identifies and considers innovative approaches to situations or problems
    ● Ability to flex from one priority to another.
    ● Provides feedback to the client on best practices and lessons learned from other customers, key product/solution pricing, delivery and service issues and considerations.
    ● Listens to and provides feedback and uses to enhance own communication effectiveness
    ● Being able to articulate important messages & make sure they are clearly understood
    ● Demonstrates effective presentation skills
    ● Actively works at developing proficiency in selling skills and tools
    ● Anticipates possible objections and proactively prepares responses to counter them.
    ● Continues to learn methods for resolving issues and moving forward during any part of the sales cycle
    ● Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a variety of sales tools, techniques and methodologies
    ● Proficient in all aspects of sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
    ● Identifies relevant sales plans and territory assignments
    ● Consistently viewed as a positive role model in driving the sales process to consistently exceed expectations
    ● Ability to predict probability of a sale at each and all phases of the sales cycle with high degree of accuracy
    ● Anticipates possible objections and proactively prepares effective responses to counter
    ● Inspired to deliver best they can be results through adverse situations
    ● Demonstrate a track record of forecasting accuracy and teaches other.
    ● Experience meeting or exceeding phone sales targets - ideally in a tech, media, software or financial services industries. We’d also love to hear from accountants or those who have studied accountancy with a passion for sales!
    ● Phenomenal interpersonal skills, plus self-motivation, tenacity and a ‘can do’ attitude
    ● Experience handling a high-volume workload
    ● Proficiency in multiple asian languages will be preferable.

    - Experience : 2 years B2B sales experience with any digital marketing experience
