    ➢ Mall Setting Up and Opening
    • Overseeing all aspects of the mall management including but not limited to leasing and tenant relations, business planning and financial management, facilities and operational management, inspection, and safety functions.
    • Organizing the operations of a leasing department to maximize profit and work efficiency.

    ➢ Conceptualization & Implementation of Leasing Plan
    • To develop the conceptualization of leasing plan and strategies including but not limited to the development of attractive leasing packages, merchandising mix plan, product placement plan and tenant bundling.
    • Ensure the successful leasing of retail, food & beverage and services outlets, in line with the commercial terms set out in the leasing budget, as well as the pre-determined strategy.
    • To assist in organizing, planning, monitoring, and to ensure effective implementation of the leasing plan.

    ➢ Tenant negotiation and confirmation
    • Oversee portfolio lease management-related activities, including the start of lease renewal, negotiation and execution, restructuring of leases, management of rents and work with attorneys on legal actions.
    • Contact with agents, prospects and tenants, conduct sales calls and presentations.
    • Matters concerning price negotiation, sales and tenants
    • Lead to the negotiation and termination of individual lease transactions and recommend contract terms
    Formulate offense and contract letters according to lease plan and budget.
    • Manage and follow-up lease transactions and support the team in concluding transactions. To be involved
    We are in charge of our daily team through formal meetings to monitor the momentum of the leasing process.

    ➢ Tenancy Liaison
    • Maintain strong relationships with tenants in order to facilitate the inclusion of their concepts as part
    of the master strategy and to build and maintain relationships.
    • Work alongside tenants to understand their expansion requirement, negotiate and execute new

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Estate Management or relevant discipline
    • Candidates with extensive experience in leasing will also be considered.
    • Preferably with related experience in Marketing and Leasing of high-end commercial properties
    • More than three(3) years’ experience in Leasing Management with proven track record.
    • Possess good command of both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
    • Have established strong relationships with luxury brand principals and / or international brands.
    • Strong business acumen with good technical knowledge of mall leasing management.
    • Ability to handle marketing activities, tenant’s communications, leasing of offices in retail and commercial property market.
    • Pro-active, enthusiastic, and self-driven with high level of integrity and professionalism.
    • Possess strong leadership skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication abilities.
    • Good negotiation skills, organizational skills, listening skills, highly motivated, flexibility, and results oriented.
    • Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure and meet targets / deadlines.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving ability, efficient, and accurate with details.
    • Sound knowledge in market research / survey and compilation of data.
    • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
