• Job Description

  - Responsible for for the overall manufacturing operations.
  - Work closely with Singapore head office to ensure smooth production and increase sales profit.
  - Encompassing production & material planning, machinery upkeep & maintenance, resources utilization etc.
  - Manage production activities and ensure timely production of goods in accordance with production schedules, ensure production volumes to meet high customer service level with high quality standard.
  - Plan, direct and manage all production activities and to minimize downtime and disruptions to manufacturing schedules.
  - Ensure optimum deployment of manpower, machinery & materials.
  - Lead in the formulation of strategies to manage & control all operational systems to secure smooth, efficient, safe & superior plant operations.
