This company is founded in 1742 and located in Malaysia which produces a comprehensive range of bulk and portable cryogenic storage units. They also support the world's major industrial gas markets. The extensive T-W product menu includes bulk cryogenic storage tanks, portable cryogenic liquid containers, LNG (liquefied natural gas), fueling station storage and vehicle fuel cylinders, ground storage, and delivery vessels.
Location: Shah Alam
Job Responsibility:
❖ Responsible for leading production process of product from planning, organizing, and control.
❖ Implement and ensure compliances with operating schedules and control processes to meet production targets.
❖ Implement lean management to achieve department KPI goals on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory Productivity and Cost.

Requirements:
• Four-year Degree in related field of study
• Minimum of 10 years in operational roles and holds at least 2-3 years of assistant managerial role with hands-on operations in manufacturing based environment.
• Managerial skills with effective written and verbal communications
• Fluent English speaker.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN concepts including but not limited to 5S, visual controls, value stream mapping, KAIZEN techniques, TPM, experience implementing and sustaining daily improvement management concepts, policy deployment.
• Able to lead operations team members
