• Job Description

  This company is specialized in commercial and consumer interiors. Servicing for multi industries such as medical, hotel, residence, retail shop and others. Business covers from product development, manufacturing, importing until distribution as well as space planning with customers and design team.
  
  【Assignment】
  This position, as a Store Development Sales, you will be in charge of retail store development. (Grocery stores, convenience stores, drug stores and other commercial stores.)
  You will be in charge of whole process, from discussion with customers, suggesting and planning of store development, planning schedule, coordinate with other department, handling import & export, until distribution. Also following up and after care time to time. Required to go out and visit site frequently.

  - Asking and discussing on customers' requests for store development, design and construction
  - Preparing documents or PPT for presentation
  - Suggesting and planning of store interior design and furniture, explaining about own furniture & products
  - Liaise with contractors, developers or other related parties to develop the project
  - Handle invoicing and purchase ordering matters
  - Finding suitable items from catalog or come out with new product idea and liaise with design team
  - Planning and monitoring construction and installation schedule
  - Coordinating with design, product development or other department in need.
  - Handling import matters
  - Basically handle and support existing client.
  - Products will be manufactured in China, QC in Japan and imported to Malaysia.
  - Business trip (occasionally/ within whole Malaysia)
  
  *Handle wide range of products such as :
  Stands, Wagons, Display, Sales promotion accessories, Shopping carts, Store front & end equipment or etc.
  
  【Probation period】
  You will accompany with other sales staff to learn about the job role.
  After half to 1 year, will be taking over clients (4~5 clients) and handle on your own.
  Since this position is required to handle whole process of the project, it takes some time to get used to but at the same time, it is worth challenging and rewarding as lot to learn!
