  • Job Description

    Principle Responsibilities:
    Developing and Maintaining Policies, Procedures and Processes
     Developing and maintaining effective policies, procedures and processes, to maximize corporate value while managing the Company’s risks.
     Enhance and promote good corporate governance.
     Provide proper guidance to staffs at all level of the organisation.
    Budget Planning and Follow-up
     Creation of budget and costs control.
     Involve in the treasury function and coordinate with Finance team to ensure compliance with corporate budgetary requirements and guidelines.
    Reporting of Management Information & Performance
     Responsible for regular analysis on the Company’s performance.
     Timely reporting to the management for decision making.
     Preparation of board meeting materials.
    Work Coordination
     To lead coordination for company-wide meeting and business arrangement.
     To manage the supporting/administration functions.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
    - Education Background : Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Business Administration or equivalent.
    - Experience : Minimum 5 years of related working experience.
    - Require Skill : Must be organized and detail-oriented.
     Collaborative with proven ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization and leverage networks.
     Willing to travel for short-term business trip.
     Able to establish strong customer relationships and influence others.
     Able to work well independently, but must also be able to work as part of a team.
     Excellent oral and written communications skills.
     Able to work effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
     Able to exercise sound judgment and independent decision-making.
     Superior organizational skills as well as ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
    - Certificate : N/A
    - Others :  Knowledge of automotive industry is preferred.
     Experience in Management Accounting is an added advantage.
