  • Job Description

    Industry: Trading company which mainly sells electronic parts/products used for mobile phone, TV and other appliances.
    Role: Sales Coordinator

    - Handle import & export related documents by liaison with forwarder
    - Major clients are Japanese electrical equipment manufacturer. (TV, Phone or other appliances' manufacturers)
    - Handle all sales-related documentation
    - Mainly based in the office and respond inbound call from clients.
    - Preparing the quotation, invoice and any other sales related documents.
    - Handle administrative role such as to buy/stock stationeries or any equipment, to order business cards, arrangement of maintenance of printers, etc.

    KL branch is a sales office, total number of staff is around 10.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Education background: Does not matter
    Language: English, Mandarin (Japanese is added advantage)
    Experience:
    - Must have experience in -handling import & export related documents by liaison with forwarder
    - Familiar with Microsoft Excel (Calculation) and Word

    Salary package: 3,000~,4000 MYR
