Job Description
To provide a single point of contact for users,
Deals with management of both routine and non-routine incidents and requests through phone and email
Provision of 1st line support for incidents.
Takes ownership for listening to and understanding basic customer problems
Asking relevant questions to resolve typically known problems within required timescales.
Knows when problems are ‘beyond them’ and escalates so they can be resolved
Qualifications
Requirement
- language : English,Vietnamese
- background : Diploma or Degree( fresh graduate can apply)
- skill;Customer Service experience (Preferable)
- Basic level of IT trouble shooting skills (Preferable)
- Others : ITIL Cert : If candidate possess ITIL that will be an added advantage.English Level

Benefit
*after 12 month contract, become permanent.
*after finish the project(about 1 year), change the working time(depend on project)
24H shift
* Project operation hours depending on project which candidate will be assign to.
*24/ 7 | 2 / 3 Days off a week.
*its either 9 hours shift or 12 hours shif
