  Working Location: Sungai Buloh
  
  Job Scope:
  1. Open Purchase Order, checking with Engineers & Productions base on project requirements
  2. Update item list for each project to monitor project’s P/L
  3. Update ISO document, supplier list, vendor assessment and supplier evaluation
  4. Assist in quotation for design team
  5. Prepare Material Requisition Form for every Purchase Order
  6. Request Mill Certificate from supplier
  7. Filling in hard copy of PO, MRF, DO Supplier, Mill Cert & ISO Documents
  8. Update Stock item list
  9. Update delivery order and update quotation
  10. Prepare monthly purchase report
  11. Do logistic related preparation, including K2 form and insurance
