This is a famous credit card solutions company in Japan.
Working Location:
KL sentral
Job Scope:
-To deliver section goals, key initiatives and KPI’s
-Plan and direct operations and improve productivity and efficiency in merchant operations
-Update and manage merchant list
-Plan visit and management of Merchant List
-Liaising with banks
-Frequent travel to update merchant list (Outstation almost every week)
-Process-driven and project Management
-Carry out initiatives and activities assigned
-To plan and direct merchant maintenance exercise to increase visibility
-Assist in driving expansion of strategic acceptance programme
-Assist in Licensee/ merchant relationship management to assigned portfolio
Qualifications
Requirement
Requirements:
- Language : English & Mandarin
- Education Background : Diploma in Any Field
- Experience : at least 1 year of Merchant Acquisition/Merchant Processing of Credit Cards company or 1 year experience in any position of Credit Card company / Credit Card department in Banks
- Require Skill : Candidates need to be outgoing to cover extensive travel and able to communicate well to cover extensive walk in service
- Own Transport is required
