  Main Responsibilities:
  Responsible for sales and account management functions including developing new business opportunities. The scope includes making sales presentations, providing technical clarifications, preparing quotations, sales follow-up and after sales service.

  2. Basic Job Purpose
  2.1 Expand sales within existing accounts.
  2.2 Develop new accounts and market.
  2.3 Focus on customers service.
  2.4 Debt collection.
  3. Duties and Responsibilities
  3.1 Develop and penetrate new markets / projects in targeted industries / sectors to generate new
  sales.
  3.2 Provide solution to the customers to be more efficient in their production.
  3.3 Service existing customers assigned by the Company.
  3.4 Report details on all aspect of competitors’ activities.
  3.5 Conduct demonstration of machines / equipment with the assistance of technicians.
  3.6 Attend to customers’ enquiries, prepare quotation with the assistance of sales admin. follow up
  action.
  3.7 Raise manual sales order, Goods Return / Exchange Form.
  3.8 Propose pricing agreement.
  3.9 Monitor debts and collect payment from customers.
  3.10 Deliver products / invoices to the customers and collect tender / bid documents in urgent
  cases.
  3.11 Propose and assist on tender / bid submission.
  3.12 Achieve objectives and sales targets set by the Management.
  3.13 Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
