  This company is well known for its technological advances in the rubber field since 1909. It specialized in manufacturing Rubber Gloves.
  
  Location: Sungai Petani (the part which is near the town area, only ~25 minutes from Penang Bridge)
  
  Job Details:
  - Report to Engineering Assistant Manager
  - To assist superintendent in daily and weekly job schedule planning
  - To ensure that the Production and Machinery downtime is kept to absolute minimum as dictated by the management
  - Managing on site of the Maintenance team and third party sub-contractors to ensure tasks completed on time and safety standard is reached
  - Identify areas for improvement and suggest new initiatives to achieve cost and energy saving
  - Arranging corrective remedial repairs and preventative maintenance works
  - To create embedded software design programs
  - To assist Superintendent on Audit preparation
  - To prepare all required reports in accurate and timely manner
  - To assist in maintaining of spare parts inventory control
  - To ensure all laws and regulations related to Machinery and Utilities are compiled align with authority
  - To ensure all rules and regulations related to safety are followed at all time
  - To be responsible for the duty perform by the immediate subordinate
  - To perform any other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior
  - To design upgrading of automation line
