  • Job Description

    Assigned to the Sales Department in a Sales office, mainly in charge of customer technical support at site.
    Sometimes visit their manufacturing factory in Klang to attend meeting.

     Technical support & coordination of Hitachi industrial electric products (inverters (variable frequency drives), motors, hoists (chain and rope) and switches etc.)
     Trouble shooting, Wiring connection, Application Engineering
     Technical correspondence with authorized dealers, end customers, vendors (Hitachi factory & sales branches etc.)

Qualifications

  • Requirement


    - Language : Fluency in English (Communication with persons outside Malaysia such as Japan, Thailand or China etc., is necessary.)
    - Education Background : At least Diploma
    - Experience :
    【Must】Either from Manufacturers, Dealers, Distributors handling related products below.
    【Must】If from manufactures, must be experienced either Sales engineer, Service Engineer or Repairing engineer witch liaise with dealers
    【Must】Technical knowledge of the products below (Either one of these)
    ➡ Inverters (variable frequency drives), motors, hoists (chain and rope) or switches.
    - IT skill – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    - Adapt oneself into foreign (Japanese) companies culture
    - Skill: Technical Specialist
    - Others:
    1. Good character & Compliance
    2. Strong Logical Thinking
    3. Leadership, Being proactive
    4. Good character & Compliance

Additional Information

  • Benefit

    Basic salary : 4,000 MYR

    1. Transportation: Fixed allowance ( based on the distance)
    2. Parking
    3. Bonus: 2 times/year, average 1 month (amount depends on individual performance)
    4. Medical Leave – 14 days
    5. Annual Leave – 5 days in total for the 1st year
    6. Medical benefits – Up to 1,500RM/year

    Toll : Not claimable for daily commute but claimable for outstation
    Petrol : Not claimable for daily commute but claimable for outstation （Klang Valley area: 0.23RM/km、outside of Klang Valley : 0.50RM/km）
    Business trip : Booking fee for Hotel is provided. If stay more than 1 night, travel allowance will be provided (RM40/day)
