• Job Description

  - Manage a production with a team of approximately 5 operators
  - To lead, plan & review daily production operation to meet production targets in terms of quality, output, yield & productivity
  - To plan, deploy and arrange manpower to ensure the smooth production flow
  - Ensure quality issues are addressed in a timely manner
  - Ensure machine setters and operators understand and comply the full requirements and expectations of our customers
  - Prepare production reports, compliance quality systems as well as compile, update and improve on production procedures
  - Ensure hygienic compliance
  - To plan and design training needs analysis to assure the competency of employees to perform the job
  - To ensure good housekeeping in production area and a strong customer focus
  - Follow up production quality issue and ensure action taken accordingly
  - Ensure the Machinery/ facilities used are maintained & in operational condition
  - Monitor and enforce safety rules and regulations
