Job Description
<Section Mission>
Planning, executing & managing Device Export Operation for Panasonic factories outside Malaysia of the components purchased from suppliers in Malaysia to contribute to Panasonic group business through timely, robust & low cost operation
<Basic Function>
• Understand corporate policy and factories’ MRO needs, and plan & manage activities to satisfy factories’ needs according to the policy
• Identify issues from strategic / tactical standpoint and solve problems
• Maintain and improve the processes, resources and human network at both working & management levels to perform the accountabilities
• Manage P/L for operation

<Job responsibility>
1. On time delivery :
- Receive orders from customers, place orders to supplier accordingly, review shipment schedule based on suppliers’ delivery reply with customers and coordinate for on time delivery
- Assess supplier risks in advance and coordinate for timely solution with related parties
- Monitor conformance of customer orders with our quoted lead time and make an appropriate feedback to customers for supply continuation with minimal loss costs
2. Low cost operation :
- Optimize processes for productivity
- Study & enhance IT tools and execute them to customers and suppliers
- Benchmark study
3. DSE reduction :
- Analyze DSE, study and execute DSE reduction themes
- Benchmark study
4. Customer satisfaction :
- Listen to factory key players’ voices and/or review data to find opportunities for improvements, set mutually agreeable targets and accomplish them
5. P/L :
- Study policy, factory needs, revenue, spending, risks and countermeasures carefully, make a good business plan and accomplish it
Qualifications
Requirement
• Over 10 year experience in procurement or trading Involving logistic arrangement
• Good understanding of basic custom rules for import, export, LMW
• Over 5 years of experience in managing more than 10 persons
• Over 3 years of experience in Electrical & Electronic industry
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malaysia speaking
• Japanese speaker is preferable
• Great cross-cultural communication skills
• Professional collaboration & negotiation skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Great skills and commitments to improve subordinates’ performance
• Ambitions to be promoted for a higher position which requires more global / complex workEnglish Level
