  Sales staff is only 1 person.( Japanese GM )
  Sales person, manager level.
  Clients are mainly Japanese companies. ( PRESS MACHINE COMPANIES )
  Handling Items
  ・coil material
  ・Non-Ferrous metals
  ・Precision free cutting parts
  ・2 shots mold / laser work plastic parts dycast parts, unit assembly etc
  
  • Basically as a Sales coordinator, handling with existing suppliers and customers
  • Visiting customers with Japanese Manager but not frequent
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
  • Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
  • Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
  • Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  • Plan and track the shipment of products according to customer requirements
  • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
