Service Desk Analyst-Japanese Speaker ID:435356,000 MYR ~ 8,000 MYRPetaling Jaya
・L1 support on Application system which developed by Japanese vendor.
・Require to understand the Factory business process and requirement from end-user in order to escalate the modification requirement to App team in Japan
・First few month, required to work at client site in order to understand their business process then will shift to remote maintenance from office.
・Report to Japanese Manager.
・Need to communicate in Japanese via e-mail or phone.
Language: English, Japanese (N2 level)
Education Background: Degree in any feild(fresh graduate can apply)
【Desired skills】knowledge in general IT system (file server, groupware, workflow), IT support experience
【Prefer】working experience in any IT area
【Must】Good at reading, writing, speaking and listening in Japanese（at least N3）,
Basic IT skill (MS Office, laptop, etc..),
08:00 - 17:00 @ Cilent office
