  • Job Description

    - Report to Manufacturing Director
    - Oversee whole factory operation in engineering, production, maintenance & material management
    - Maintain overall operation systems in compliance to the ISO requirements
    - Responsible to plan, monitor and give supervision to subordinate to ensure meet production deadline and output according required specification with minimum waste, damages and reduce work
    - Drive continuous improvement in all processes such as safety, costs, quality etc
    - Work closely with production / functional team to increase productivity of the operation

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English
    - Education Background : Candidate must posses at least a Degree in related field
    - Experience :
    - At least 10 years working experience in plastic injection molding industry\
    - MUST possess experience in manufacturing of MEDICAL DEVICES
    - 3 ~­ 5 years in managerial position
    - Skill :
    - Knowledge in plastic injection molding and tooling
    - Understanding of ISO 13485 requirements
    knowledge in medical devices, project management skill
    - Certificate : Candidate who has attended Six Sigma course has advantage
    - Age : 35 ~ 45
