Assume responsibility for effectively recording, maintaining, coordinating, supervising and reporting activity or information.a) Liaise with Factory on customers specifications, delivery schedule, reject from customers and etc. b) Liaise with customers on forecast order delivery and schedule, shipping arrangement, pricing, invoicing, payment collection, etc.c) Liaise with cargo forwarding agents on all shipping / delivery matters. d) Maintain the existing customers by taking care of their new inquiry, complaint, inventory arrangement, metal return for refining and other problems arises in daily jobs. e) Send PO under TKK Japan HQ letter head to TKK-HQ.f) Key-in orders and invoices data into the Order Tracking System.g)Apply for credit limit(Hanbai System), legal documents (CWS System), shipment to Japan(Kintone System), BP code application, etc.h) Perform stock-take once per month for VMI customer.i) Weekly and monthly report preparation
