Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Leadership & Strategy• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to grow CCS’s market presence.• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve or exceed targets.• Provide strategic business insights and recommendations to the management team.• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and technology benchmarking to identify new opportunities.2. Business Development & Customer Management• Drive business expansion by building strong relationships with machine makers, system integrators, and channel partners.• Manage key customer accounts with high levels of professionalism and technical understanding.• Deliver exceptional customer service through close collaboration with engineers to propose suitable solutions.• Take ownership of vendor management and channel partner development.3.
