• Lead, participate in performing the assigned project management. Manage infrastructure change requests effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations – troubleshooting, diagnosing, monitoring, and resolving technical support requests related to networks, infrastructure, middleware, servers, and end-user systems. Conduct regular health checks on IT network/infrastructure equipment and systems, e.g., O365, servers, VMware, SAN storage, email, firewalls, WA, switches, routers.
