<Responsibility>- Collaborate with the QA manager to develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality programs, and ensure compliance with internal, legal requirement and customer requirements- Communicate food safety and quality-related issues with QA Manager. Identify and accurately report defective materials, food safety hazards, and potential product contaminants.- Regular reviews of supplier quality performance with purchasing department. Establish supplier audit checklist and perform supplier audit yearly. Monitors outsource subcontractor’s process performance. Deliver year on year reduction in supplier non-conformance to support factory efficiency.-Ability to perform root cause analysis for non-conformities, determine corrective action and provide necessary steps for follow-through. Ensure corrective action is effectively implemented.- Verify & analyse customer returned goods and on-hold item disposition.- Provide on job training and educate employees on procedures and standards. Establish and implement food safety and quality training for facility personnel to ensure facility personnel are equipped with the competency to produce a safe, quality product.- Support in setting up laboratory and analytical equipment. Establish and maintain procedures for product testing, validation, and verification.-Work closely with all R&D team in the project of new product development or product modification; Conduct product analytical testing, generate product specification and trial run test report. Continue monitor product performance.-Assist with internal & 3rd party food safety/quality audits (regulatory, customer’s, supplier’s, GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC, etc).- Perform regular plant inspection to ensure manufacturing process comply with quality assurance program and food safety standard, etc.- Perform any other duty reasonably corresponding with the role

Job Description:As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Specialist to join our expanding pharmaceutical sales team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in promoting our specialized pharmaceutical products, focusing on therapies in cardiology, endocrinology, and nephrology.This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals to achieve business objectives while upholding our Ethics and Values. The role also requires managing customer engagements, delivering scientific product information, driving commercial sales, and maintaining accurate documentation of all sales activities within the assigned territory.Primary Function:• Take personal sales responsibility for a specifically defined territory, targeting cardiologists, nephrologists, endocrinologists, and potentially oncologists and neurologists, with a focus on hospital accounts.• Ensure the achievement of, or exceed, sales targets within the specified period.• Perform market analysis, evaluate competitor activities, and provide regular feedback and updates to management on a monthly basis.• Strategize and align business plans while planning and executing sales and marketing activities within the defined territory.• Ensure that adverse event (AE) reports from the market are appropriately documented and communicated to the designated pharmacovigilance (PV) manager in a timely manner.Key Duties/ Responsibilities & Accountabilities:• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the allocated territory/product by developing new business with existing and potential clients. Aggressively build product market share within respective sales territories.• Apply appropriate selling and negotiation skills to enhance performance and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive overall business growth.• Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with customers and by attending industry association meetings and seminars. Identify and target key physicians and allied healthcare professionals, securing agreements and maintaining strong relationships.• In consultation with your manager, plan field activities based on customer segmentation and targeting principles to maximize results.• Analyse territory and customer data, including doctor call reports, and track territory expenses regularly. Develop and maintain personal relationships with key opinion leaders through regular field visits and keep an updated database of key prescribers.• Report on sales, activities, and territory performance as required by the company.• Initiate regular discussions with your superior regarding personal goals, performance reviews, and appraisals on a semi-annual basis.• Adhere to the Code of Conduct and High-Performance Culture guidelines.• Ensure all marketing and business practices comply with the PHARMA codes of conduct (whichever is stricter).
