• Promote and sell our CNS products to healthcare professionals, such as specialist physicians, GPs & pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare providers in both the public and private setting.• Supporting the product listing process in both public and private setting in your territory.• Developing and executing territory sales plan (including targeting, classification, segmentation of customers, to achieve and exceed sales goals and objective).• Achieve assigned sales target and to grow the assigned territory to its fullest potential Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key customers.• Educate healthcare professionals about our products, features & benefits, and its indicated usage.• Organize and lead speaker presentations to support the education of healthcare professionals about our products, features & benefits, and its indicated usage of our products

• Deliver excellent customer service and manage needs of customers through phone and emails.• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery arrangements until customers' doorsteps.• Report to Customer Service HOS and (or) Sales Manager.• Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required by supervisor.• Be initiatives on resolving issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, documentations issues, pricing/invoices queries etc.• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.• To participate company activities (5s, Safety, Environment & Energy, Budget Plan, ISO Documentation, etc) as assigned.
