'• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including Engineers and other relevant person.• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive products in the industry.• Develop a deep understanding of our sheet metal products, manufacturing processes, and industry applications.• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of the company's sheet metal fabrication solutions.• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and act as the primary point of contact.• Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to identify opportunities for repeat business.• Manage the customer sales pipeline, track sales activities, and report on sales performance and forecasts.• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders based on customer requirements.• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure accurate quotes and project specifications.• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales deals.• Work closely with project managers and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.• Assist customers in coordinating schedules, timelines, and deliveries.• Address any post-sale issues or concerns regarding product quality, delivery, or service.• Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and opportunities to the Sales Manager.
