The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes for Ceramic Substrates and other ceramic parts.This role focuses on improving yield, quality, and efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.• Design and implement robust processes for Substrates production, including slurry preparation, tape casting, screen printing, grinding, sintering and auto visual.• Optimize process parameters to improve product performance and reduce defects.• Analyze production data to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions for yield and quality improvement• Develop and maintain SPC (Statistical Process Control) and DOE (Design of Experiments) for process stability.• Work closely with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to support new product introduction and continuous improvement.• Provide technical support for customer audits and inquiries.• Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and control plans.• Ensure compliance with ISO and other certified standard such as IATF/TS etc
