工作内容
- Monitor, operate, and maintain security product log management tools on a daily basis- Analyze network and security logs to detect anomalies, potential threats, and system issues- Perform regular checks to ensure stable operation of network and security monitoring systems- Investigate alerts and incidents, and support initial response and escalation procedures- Document operational procedures, incident reports, and analysis results clearly and accurately- Communicate with clients regarding system status, incidents, and operational inquiries- Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations- Support continuous improvement of monitoring processes and operational workflows- Assist with troubleshooting network-related issues in cooperation with other engineers- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and operational standards
