工作内容
- Oversee the smooth execution of projects according to plan and ensure all activities meet the project timeline.- Manage risks and changes to project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification and control techniques.- Design, develop, and test electrical systems and equipment, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and reliability.- Prepare and review quotations, proposals, project budgets (forecast and actual), profit margins, labor, and construction cost documentation.- Analyse electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, or necessary adjustments, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.- Review and resolve discrepancies in drawings, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and specifications before and during project execution.- Direct and coordinate all phases of manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, documentation, and testing to ensure conformity with technical and client requirements.- Attend meetings and discussions with authorities, subcontractors, and clients, providing sound technical input and solutions.- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, identify issues, and implement immediate and effective corrective actions to minimize risks.- Ensure timely submission and approval from relevant authorities.- Communicate technical details clearly to all stakeholders to facilitate smooth project coordination.
