- Supervise CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication processes to meet production targets.- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines (lasers, CNC, bending, Clinching, etc.).- Ensure proper machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.- Optimize material usage and reduce waste in sheet metal fabrication.- Conduct inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micro meters, gauges) to verify parts meet specifications.- Lead and train CNC operators and sheet metal workers on safe and efficient machine operation.- Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure production goals are met.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to safety standards.- Minimize scrap and rework by maintaining high standards of quality- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.- Implement and maintain process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. - Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to resolve production issues.- Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and company policies.- Maintain proper handling and storage of tools, materials, and hazardous substances. - Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to prevent breakdowns. - Ensure all processes comply with ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 quality standards. - Ensure personal compliance with the PPE requirements of the assigned process.- Arrange, coordinate, and execute the production plan from planning team. - To perform any other related duties as and when required by superior and management.

- Lead and manage NPI projects from concept through production readiness.- Work with design, quality, production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability and seamless product launch.- Interpret and review technical drawings, BOMs and customer specifications.- Support DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and provide feedback to design teams for sheet metal components and assemblies.- Develop and maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and report status to stakeholders.- Coordinate prototyping, testing, and validation of new products.- Define and document work instructions, routing sheets, and process flow for new products.- Support the transition from prototype to production, including tooling, fixtures, and machine setup.- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the NPI process.- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.- Maintain close communication with customers and internal teams to manage change requests and feedback.- Support cost estimation and quoting activities for new projects.

• Manage the planning, organizing and implementation of complex strategic project/initiatives• Monitor of Project Implementation Plan of overall works• Review progress against plans, reporting progress and result to the Management• Lead and coordinate project team to eliminate the obstacle as well as mentoring the team to improve project approach, process and implementation• Develop and monitoring project plan and track project milestones with appropriate process to ensure the project runs according to schedule and budget• Planning work program of project and monitoring stage completion• Monitoring inspections and test are carried out in accordance to the contract specification• Coordinate, review and submission of progress payment to the customer and facilitate timely certification of sub-contractor claims• To liaise with Client• Co-ordinate interfacing activities works of various sub-contractors• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
