<Job Summary>We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will work closely with clients, architects, and project managers to design and execute interior spaces that align with our clients' needs and aesthetic preferences. You will be involved in various stages of the design process, from concept development and space planning to material selection and project management. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of design, and a deep understanding of current industry trends. <Responsibilities>- Able to create concept boards, mood boards, and design presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.- Able to produce 3D perspective visual and conceptualizing to help clients visualize the final design concept.- Develop full detailed interior design drawing sets, including space layouts, furniture selections, lighting plans, and material specifications.- Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to determine design goals, functional requirements, and budget constraints.- Source and select materials, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories that meet project requirements and align with the overall design vision.- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to continuously enhance design offerings.

<Job Summary>- Manage and coordinate construction workers, tradesmen, and subcontractors to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project completion.- Monitor project progress and report updates to the project management team.- Ensure compliance with construction regulations, safety standards, and company policies.- Oversee and coordinate on-site activities, including material handling and machinery monitoring.- Review construction drawings, attend site meetings, and liaise with subcontractors and consultants to ensure work aligns with specifications.- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and preparing daily progress reports.- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports, including written reports and progress updates via WhatsApp.- Resolve on-site issues, supervise construction progress, and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team for effective project execution.- Secure necessary statutory approvals and certifications from relevant authorities.- Work may include night shifts and weekends, depending on the project. Off days (compensatory leave) can be taken accordingly.- Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.
