SummaryOversee quality management processes, handle audits and analyze quality data, and support product and process quality evaluations.Job Responsibility‐ Prepare and update documents, procedures, and records related to Quality Management.- Plan, conduct, and report internal audits, and follow up on audit findings.- Receive, investigate, and analyze customer quality complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).- Maintain and continuously improve quality manuals, procedures, and records.- Communicate quality-related matters with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and auditors.- Support quality training and awareness programs.- Collect and analyze quality data for products and processes, identify trends, and propose improvements.- Support quality evaluation during the introduction of new products or processes, including test planning and approval procedures.
