About UsWe are building a next gen quantitative trading and research platform focused on systematic, data driven alpha generation across crypto markets. This is not a signal copying or indicator tuning role we want people who design, test, break, and rebuild their own strategies from first principlesRole OverviewYou will research, design, backtest, and iterate original crypto trading strategies across spot, perpetuals, and derivatives. You will work closely with engineering and trading to convert ideas into production ready systems.Key Responsibilities- Design original crypto trading strategies (momentum, mean reversion, market structure, volatility, funding, microstructure, etc.)- Build and maintain backtesting pipelines using historical crypto data (tick, OHLCV, funding, order book if available)- Perform rigorous statistical evaluation (drawdowns, regime behavior, robustness, overfitting checks)- Iterate strategies based on failure analy sis, not curve fitting- Research and engineer custom features/factors beyond standard indicators- Document strategy logic, assumptions, and failure modes clearly- Collaborate with engineers to move research into live trading systems

_Requirements Definition and User Interviews/Discovery-Deeply interview clients to understand their business challenges and requests, and define the goals and project -requirements to be achieved through design.-Design Concept Formulation-Design Creation and Prototyping-Create specific visual designs for websites, mobile applications, landing pages, or various graphic materials.-Create prototypes (samples) as necessary and gather feedback from clients and users.-Collaboration with Development and Stakeholders-Closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as engineers and marketing personnel, accurately conveying the design intent and supporting the process until final implementation.-Design Quality Management and Improvement-Verify the quality and effectiveness of the design post-delivery, and propose continuous improvements and perform maintenance.

- Salary: RM5,000~6,000
- Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
- Lunch Break : 1 hour (Between 11:00 am to 3:00 pm)
- Probation Period: 3 months
- AL (Per Year): 8 – 12 days for employees with less than 2 years of service (Varies based on position/grade).
- MC (Per Year): 14 days
Statutory Contributions: EPF, SOCSO, and EIS are provided.
- Medical/Dental Benefits: Outpatient and Specialist Medical allowance (RM500.00) and Dental allowance (RM500.00) are provided.
- Insurance: Employees with 2 or more years of service are covered under the company's Group Hospitalization and Surgical Insurance scheme.
- Travel Allowance: Provided for both domestic and international business trips (Daily allowance/Per Diem is also provided).
- Transportation Claim: Mileage claims are permitted at RM 0.8 per km for private cars and RM 0.5 per km for motorcycles. Toll and parking fees can be claimed based on actual costs incurred.
- Company Mobile Phone: Provided as necessary.
