  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and technical-minded Assistant Product Manager to join our growing product development and engineering team in Klang, Selangor. In this dynamic role, you will bridge the gap between technical innovation, operational execution, and commercial strategy for our comprehensive portfolio of outdoor lighting solutions and smart connected system products. Working directly alongside the Product Development Manager, Hardware & Software Engineering Leads, and Cross-functional Teams, you will play a pivotal role in taking cutting-party smart outdoor lighting technologies from concept and prototype through to mass production and commercial launch.
  
  As the outdoor lighting industry rapidly evolves toward intelligent control systems, IoT integration, solar-powered efficiency, and sustainable urban infrastructure, our organization is committed to remaining at the forefront of technological advancements. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day product development lifecycles, monitoring product roadmap milestones, translating market requirements into detailed product specifications, and maintaining rigorous product compliance standards. Additionally, you will coordinate closely with the Production, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Sales & Marketing departments to ensure seamless product rollouts, competitive cost structures, and smooth inventory supply chain management.

  【Responsibilities】
  ・Product Lifecycle & Roadmap Execution: Assist the Product Development Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring the complete product lifecycle for outdoor commercial lighting fixtures, smart controllers, and IoT system products.
  
  ・Technical Specification & Documentation: Draft, review, and maintain comprehensive technical documents, including product specification sheets, installation guides, user manuals, test plans, and certification compliance records.
  
  ・Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a central communication link between Hardware Engineers, Software/IoT Engineers, Production Supervisors, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on product goals, release schedules, and feature sets.
  
  ・Market & Competitive Research: Conduct continuous research on market trends, industry regulations, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in outdoor lighting and smart lighting automation.
  
  ・Testing & Quality Assurance Support: Coordinate with product development technicians and testing teams to conduct hardware/software validation, performance evaluations, and field testing before mass production.
  
  ・Vendor & Sourcing Management: Assist purchasing and production teams in evaluating component suppliers, reviewing BOM (Bill of Materials) costs, and verifying component quality to meet margin targets and production deadlines.
  
  ・Sales & Customer Support Enablement: Provide product training, technical support materials, and collateral to internal sales and marketing teams to facilitate effective commercialization and client demonstrations.
