  • Manage the procurement of non-metal materials, maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) items, engineering spare parts, consumables, services, and other indirect materials required to support business
  operations.
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage local and international suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, quality, delivery, and service performance.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure supply continuity, cost optimization, and supplier reliability.
  • Review supplier quotations, conduct commercial evaluations, negotiate terms and conditions, and coordinate supplier agreements and contract reviews with the Legal personnel where required.
  • Lead procurement activities for capital expenditure (CAPEX), expansion projects, and special projects, including the sourcing, tendering, commercial evaluation, negotiation, purchasing, and delivery of new
  machinery, equipment, production lines, plant utilities, and engineering services.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Project Management, Finance, Warehouse, and other stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, corporate governance, statutory requirements, and internal/external audit requirements.
  • Support the implementation of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Sustainable Procurement initiatives in accordance with the Company's sustainability objectives.
  • Support procurement-related internal, external, customer, ISO, and ESG audits by maintaining complete procurement documentation and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and establish supplier development initiatives to improve quality, delivery, responsiveness, and cost competitiveness.
