工作内容
1. Quality Assurance- Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and applicable quality standards.- Support laboratory team in managing ISO 17025- Drive continuous improvement in product quality, process reliability, and customer satisfaction.- Manage internal and external audits, customer complaints, non-conformities, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).- Monitor quality performance, analyse trends, and implement improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, corporate quality standards, and applicable regulations.2. Sustainability & Environmental Management- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives aligned with company objectives and corporate requirements.- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations and maintain relevant environmental management systems.- Monitor environmental performance, including energy consumption, waste management, resource efficiency, and sustainability reporting.- Identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact, improve resource utilisation, and promote sustainable practices.3. Building & Facilities Maintenance- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of factory premises, building infrastructure, utilities, and facilities.- Establish preventive and corrective maintenance programmes to ensure operational reliability and minimise downtime.- Manage contractors, service providers, maintenance budgets, and facilities improvement projects.- Ensure statutory inspections, certifications, safety requirements, and maintenance records are properly managed.- Coordinate building repairs, renovation works, and infrastructure upgrades to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.4. Leadership & Management- Lead and develop the team, establish departmental KPIs, and monitor performance.- Manage departmental budgets, resources, and improvement projects effectively.- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and achieve business objectives.- Provide regular management reports on quality performance, sustainability initiatives, facilities condition, and cost optimisation.
