工作内容
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workforce planning.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance and safety standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and process optimization.
- Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
资格
任职资格
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production/operations management
- Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality management systems
- Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office applications is a must
