  Summary
  Design and deliver retail/commercial interior projects from concept development to completion, including client consultation, space planning, and design proposal.
  Oversee site execution, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure quality, timeline, and budget are met through to handover.
  
  Job Responsibilities
  - Conduct client meetings and gather project requirements
  - Develop design concepts and propose spatial design solutions
  - Perform site surveys and on-site measurements
  - Prepare layout plans and basic design drawings
  - Produce and revise detailed drawings (construction drawings)
  - Select and propose materials, furniture, and equipment
  - Support cost estimation and budget control
  - Coordinate and liaise with contractors and vendors
  - Monitor site progress and ensure quality control during construction
  - Manage overall project progress through to completion and handover
