  Summary
  Design and deliver retail/commercial interior projects from concept development to completion, including client consultation, space planning, and design proposal.
  Oversee site execution, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure quality, timeline, and budget are met through to handover.
  
  Job Responsibilities
  - Planning, design, project coordination, construction supervision, and fit-out management for retail and commercial spaces
  - Handle multiple retail and commercial projects across various industries, including F&B, lifestyle, shopping mall tenants, showroom, and commercial facilities
  - Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, mall management, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution
  - Conduct client meetings, site surveys, technical discussions, and project presentations to understand business and operational requirements
  - Prepare conceptual design proposals, space planning, technical drawings, construction drawings, and authority submission documents
  - Manage end-to-end project timelines, budgets, site progress, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery
  - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve on-site technical and construction issues
  - Support business development activities through market research, commercial space planning, and client relationship management
  - Monitor market trends, retail concepts, and commercial space development to provide creative and practical design solutions
  - Conduct regular site inspections and coordination meetings with contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and deadlines
